Real wildcrafted sea moss. Sun-dried, 90% dry.

How to use

1. Soak dry sea moss in clean water for 5 to 10 mins
2. Rinse and clean it
3. Soak sea moss in large bowl or tub for 1 to 2 hours, or until soft.
4. Blend sea moss in blender and add water until smooth. Sea moss will be thick.
-Or you can add a clean soaked stem of clean sea moss to your smoothies and blend them with your fresh fruit.

This superfood is sourced from natural bodies of water that are preserved areas for natural resources and wildlife.
