Refund policy
We stand behind the quality of everything we make. If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or if something’s missing, we’ll make it right—no hassle.
🛠 What We’ll Fix (and Fast):
We’ll gladly send you a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method within 30 business days of delivery if:
- You received the wrong item
- Your item arrived damaged or spoiled
- Part of your order was missing
Email us at support@nickokitchenshop.com with your order number and a quick explanation (photos help too!), and we’ll get you taken care of ASAP.
🚫 What We Don’t Accept:
We’re a small-batch shop and most of our items are made to order, so:
- We can’t cancel orders after 1 hour of placing them—production starts almost immediately.
- Refunds won’t be issued for reasons outside of our control (e.g. buyer’s remorse, missed item descriptions or sizing).
- Returns without prior approval will be refused. Please contact us first.
💡 A Note on Returns:
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and we don’t charge restocking fees. Just make sure to reach out first before sending anything back our way.
