When Will My Order Ship?

We offer two shipping options at checkout:

    Orders ship within 7 business days of purchase.
    Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after the order has been shipped.
  • Fast Shipping (Paid Upgrade)
    Orders are prioritized and ship within 3 business days of purchase.
    Delivery time is typically 2–4 business days after the order has been shipped.

Please note that all products are made fresh to order. Once your order is placed, production begins right away.

  • Sea Moss Gel & WholyWater:
    These products take 3–5 business days to prepare, cool, and pack before shipping.
  • Sea Moss Gummies, Capsules & Soap:
    Typically ship within 3 business days if supplies are in stock.

Where Do You Ship?

  • We ship within the USA only, including APO/FPO military addresses and P.O. boxes.
  • Shipping is always free within the U.S. and to APO addresses when selecting Standard Shipping.

Can I Ship to Multiple Addresses?

Not in the same order. If you need items sent to different locations, please place a separate order for each address.

What if My Order is Late or Arrives Damaged?

We take product freshness seriously and want every order to arrive in perfect condition.
